# Tokens

**Avery Games** introduces a dynamic gaming ecosystem powered by **$AVERY** tokens and in-game currency **$PIGGY**.

$AVERY serves as the platform’s utility token, enabling governance, community engagement, and access to exclusive NFTs and rewards. Meanwhile, $PIGGY is the in-game currency for **Avery Sword**, allowing players to purchase items, upgrades, and power-ups, while also offering opportunities for earning rewards and participating in the broader Avery economy. Together, these tokens create an interconnected experience that enhances both gameplay and community participation.

**$AVERY** is the ecosystem token of Avery Games, central to governance and community engagement. Holders can vote on platform decisions, participate in exclusive events, and earn rewards through staking and liquidity farming. $AVERY also enables the purchase of Avery NFTs and conversion into the in-game currency, $PIGGY, facilitating in-game purchases and activities.

**$PIGGY** is the in-game currency for **Avery Sword**, used to buy items, skins, character upgrades, and power-ups. Players can also claim $AVERY token airdrops based on their $PIGGY holdings, connecting the in-game economy with the broader Avery Games ecosystem.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://averygames.gitbook.io/avery/ecosystem/tokens.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
